Small / Large Group Fitness Sessions
It always makes exercise that little more exciting when you have your friends or family training with you. There’s nothing wrong with challenging your friends every now and then, our sessions are designed to have fun whilst getting in shape with your friends and family. This package is designed for small groups who want to get together and are looking to improve their fitness levels whilst catching up. These sessions can be held at a location suitable for your group such as a park, beach, home or workplace.
