I cannot recommend Active Beats highly enough! I actually look forward to working out (I know I can’t believe it myself!). Steve got me out of a 4 year no exercise rut. I’ve lost a lot of weight, gained a lot of confidence and improved my mental wellbeing as well since joining active Beats. Thanks to Steve and all the crew I have made lifelong friends and completely changed my lifestyle. It’s community based and Steve genuinely cares as well as believing in you on those days when you may not believe in your own capabilities. With every class I gained confidence, I received encouragement and a friendly smile from everyone. Before Active Beats I never ran, I couldn’t even run down the end of my street without feeling like collapsing. With the support from Steve and his classes, I improved my fitness dramatically. In just 58 days, I went from no running to running 5km without stopping! I didn’t believe I could do it but Steve did. I can’t thank you enough Steve Tabone. There is no way I would have achieved that without you!! And now with the online classes added to the suite of fitness options there really is no excuse. Rain hail or shine, these virtual classes do not mean you get off lightly. Be prepared to sweat and really give the body that workout. Steve makes it interactive, checks on your form and gets the most out of you even virtually.
